By accessing and using AlphaPrime Technology products, services, websites, and platforms, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered members, subscribers, and affiliate partners. By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or downloading our software, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms on your own behalf and, where applicable, on behalf of any organisation you represent.

AlphaPrime Technology is a software development company. We are not a broker, fund manager, investment adviser, portfolio manager, or regulated financial institution. Nothing in these terms creates an advisory, brokerage, or fiduciary relationship between you and AlphaPrime Technology.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Each individual may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, abuse promotions, or manipulate our affiliate programme is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts without refund.

AlphaPrime Technology offers three annual membership tiers: Starter at ₹1,999 per year, Pro at ₹4,499 per year, and Elite at ₹7,999 per year. All memberships are billed annually in advance.

Membership grants access to the software tools, analytical dashboards, educational resources, and community features associated with your chosen tier. The specific features included in each tier are published on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will apply to new subscriptions and renewals after the change is announced. Existing members will retain the pricing of their current billing cycle until the next renewal.

All payments are processed securely through our authorised payment gateway. We accept major credit and debit cards, UPI, and other payment methods listed at checkout. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Annual memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorise AlphaPrime Technology to charge the recurring subscription fee to your selected payment method until you cancel.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and ensuring sufficient funds are available for recurring payments. Failed payments may result in suspension of access until the outstanding amount is settled.

Upon purchase of an eligible membership, AlphaPrime Technology grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use our software products for your own trading and analytical purposes. Each licence permits activation on a maximum of 2 devices simultaneously.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your licence key with any other person. Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your licence without refund and may expose you to legal liability.

The full terms governing your software licence are set out in our Software Licence Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on membership purchases, subject to the eligibility conditions set out in our Refund Policy. Refunds are not available where a membership has been used in live trading beyond the trial expectations outlined in that policy.

You may cancel your membership at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

All software, source code, content, designs, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property provided by AlphaPrime Technology remain our exclusive property. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

You may not use our trademarks, branding, or content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent. Limited, non-commercial references to AlphaPrime Technology for the purpose of genuine reviews or affiliate promotion are permitted in accordance with our Affiliate Terms.

You agree not to misuse our services, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, introducing malware or harmful code, scraping or harvesting our content, interfering with the proper operation of our platforms, or using our services for any unlawful purpose.

Abusive behaviour toward staff or other members, sharing of another person’s personal or financial information, and any conduct that AlphaPrime Technology reasonably considers harmful to its community or reputation will result in account suspension.

AlphaPrime Technology is not liable for any trading losses, damages, or financial harm resulting from the use of our products. Trading carries inherent risk, and you are solely responsible for your trading decisions and risk management.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid to AlphaPrime Technology in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or trading opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and licences if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our services. Upon termination, all licences become void immediately and any outstanding payments remain due.

You may terminate your account at any time. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution, will continue in effect after termination.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or by email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should cancel your membership before the next renewal date. We are not able to offer refunds solely on the basis of a change to these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
