14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
AlphaPrime Technology offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all annual membership purchases, including the Starter (₹1,999/year), Pro (₹4,499/year), and Elite (₹7,999/year) tiers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund, your membership must not have been used in live trading on a real account beyond minimal evaluation. Demo account usage and configuration of indicators do not affect your eligibility.
We offer this guarantee because we are confident in the quality of our software, analytical tools, and educational resources. However, we cannot offer refunds where a member has clearly derived substantial value from the service and then sought a refund, as this would be unfair to other members.
Eligibility Conditions
A refund request is eligible only if it is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase or renewal date, the requesting account is in good standing, and there is no evidence of abuse such as concurrent refund requests across multiple accounts.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method only. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative where possible.
AlphaPrime Technology is a software company, not a broker or fund manager. We do not hold or manage your trading capital, and refunds relate solely to the membership fees you have paid to us, not to any trading losses you may have incurred.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number, the email address used at purchase, and a brief reason for the refund request. You do not need to provide a detailed justification; a simple statement is sufficient.
Once your request is received, our team will review it and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will appear on your original payment method according to your bank’s processing schedule.
Cancellations vs. Refunds
Cancelling your membership stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. If you cancel within the 14-day guarantee window, you may also request a refund of the most recent payment.
If you cancel after the 14-day window, your access continues until the end of the paid annual period, and no refund is due for that period. You will not be charged again at the next renewal.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds: membership purchases where live trading usage indicates the service has been substantially used beyond the 14-day window, custom development or consulting services once work has commenced, and add-on purchases that have been delivered and activated.
Bundle or add-on refunds may be offered on a prorated basis where some components have been used and others have not. Each such request is assessed individually.
Refund Review Process
All refund requests are reviewed by our team to ensure fairness to all members and to detect patterns of abuse. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that show signs of abuse, such as repeated purchases and refunds, use of the service after requesting a refund, or manipulation of our affiliate programme.
If your refund is denied, we will provide a clear explanation. You may appeal the decision by replying to the denial email with additional information.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with us may result in immediate suspension of your account and a permanent ban from future purchases.
